1. Social Media Credentials and Authorization

Add the login, authorization, and notification details SocialSync needs before it can post or report on your behalf.

Post templates combine text, media, and generation rules so you can repeat successful formats without writing every post from scratch.
- Start with copy and let SocialSync select or generate matching media.
- Start with an image, video, or prompt and let SocialSync write matching caption copy.
- Use weights to control how often each approved template appears in a random schedule.

- Choose one approved post or let SocialSync rotate through a weighted template pool.
- Publish automatically when you want hands-off posting, or hold drafts for review when approval matters.
- Use notification emails and Usage history to confirm what ran and investigate anything that failed.

- Analytics surfaces impressions and performance data across connected platforms.
- Traffic tracking shows whether social posts are sending people to your website.
- Use results to improve prompts, media choices, profile settings, and schedules over time.

8. Backup & Restore
Protect your setup and restore it when needed
Export your instructions as a backup, move a known-good setup to another profile, or restore work after a major change.
- Export creates a CSV backup of Image, Video, and Text instructions.
- Back up one profile, several profiles, or the full instruction set.
- Use Merge to add missing instructions without duplicating rows that already exist.
- Use Replace when the imported setup should become the new source of truth for a profile.
- Review the preview before restoring so missing media references are easy to catch.
- Create a backup before major restructures and after important setup milestones.
