This page explains how to request deletion of account-scoped data maintained by SocialSync, including workflow records and integration data associated with connected services such as TikTok.

1. How to request deletion

Email socialsyncdwg@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. To help us locate the correct account, include:

  1. your SocialSync username or business/account name;
  2. the relevant profile name or connected account identifier, if known;
  3. the provider connection involved, if applicable (for example TikTok); and
  4. a contact method we can use to verify and confirm the request.

Subject to verification and applicable legal obligations, we may delete or de-identify account-scoped data such as:

3. What may be retained

Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backup integrity, or legal compliance. When that happens, retained records will be limited to what is reasonably required for those purposes.

4. Verification and timeline

We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is authorized. Once verified, we target completion within 30 days, although more complex requests may take longer if additional review is required.

5. Third-party provider access

Deleting data from SocialSync does not automatically revoke permissions previously granted to third-party providers. To fully disconnect access, you should also revoke SocialSync from the relevant provider account settings.
