Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using SocialSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What SocialSync provides

SocialSync is designed to help account owners and authorized team members manage content workflows and connected distribution channels. Depending on enabled features, SocialSync may allow you to:

• store and organize images, videos, prompts, templates, and scheduling data;
• connect third-party services such as TikTok, X, Meta properties, YouTube, and AI providers;
• generate draft content, queue scheduled runs, review logs, and track analytics or site traffic; and
• publish or prepare content through provider integrations when you explicitly authorize those actions.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use SocialSync only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to act for the account, business, or organization whose profiles you connect.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, team members, and connected provider accounts.
• You must provide accurate information when creating accounts, configuring profiles, and connecting integrations.

4. Your content and your instructions

You retain responsibility for the content, media, prompts, settings, schedules, and account instructions you upload or configure in SocialSync.

• You represent that you have the rights needed to upload, schedule, generate, publish, or otherwise use that content.
• You grant SocialSync permission to store, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service on your behalf.
• You remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs, final posts, and provider-specific publishing settings before they are used.

5. Connected platforms and provider access

Some SocialSync features depend on third-party services and APIs. If you connect TikTok or another provider, you authorize SocialSync to use the scopes, tokens, account identifiers, and related integration data needed to perform the features you enable.

• Provider functionality may change, break, be rate-limited, or become unavailable without notice.
• You must comply with the terms, policies, and community or developer rules of each connected provider.
• You may revoke provider access at any time from the provider's account settings or from SocialSync where supported.

SocialSync does not control third-party platform review outcomes, API availability, or moderation decisions.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use SocialSync to violate law, third-party rights, or connected platform policies. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or APIs;
• submitting unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or malicious content;
• circumventing rate limits, approval gates, access controls, or security controls; and
• using SocialSync in a way that could harm the service, other users, or third-party providers.

7. Service changes, availability, and beta features

SocialSync may add, remove, suspend, or modify features at any time. Some features may be marked as beta, pre-release, or experimental and may be less stable than general-availability features.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every provider workflow.
• Maintenance, outages, provider-side changes, and operational issues may affect service behavior.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, harms the platform, or misuses connected providers.

You may stop using SocialSync at any time. Data deletion requests are handled as described on the Data Deletion page.

9. Disclaimers

SocialSync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Wiseguys, LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Wiseguys, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from or related to SocialSync or connected provider services.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting updated terms at this URL. Your continued use of SocialSync after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
